In order to participate in any of our classes or other activities, ACT may require proof of legal residency or presence in the United States as well as evidence of a clean criminal record. Documents which support such verification may include a valid Indiana License to Carry Handgun or the equivalent from another state; a recent criminal background check performed by a police agency; and letters of reference from individuals known to us.
